Adventure Cargo Shelf for Toyota 4Runner 5th Gen (2010–2024)

The Offroad-Mania Adventure Cargo Shelf makes better use of the available cargo space in the Toyota 4Runner 5th Gen. Installed in the upper section of the cargo area, it creates an additional storage level without occupying the cargo floor.

Manufactured from 3 mm aluminum, the shelf weighs only 5 kg (11 lbs) and provides a practical storage surface measuring 1130 × 450 mm (44.5" × 17.7").

IMPORTANT: Installation requires both Offroad-Mania Interior Side MOLLE Panels for Toyota 4Runner 5th Gen – left and right. The panels are not included with the shelf and must be purchased separately.

An extra level of cargo storage

The shelf utilizes the upper area of the cargo compartment, allowing lightweight equipment to be stored separately from larger items below.

Once installed, the shelf sits approximately 15 cm (5.9") below the vehicle headliner, providing storage space for flat or low-profile equipment.

Always consider the height of stored items and maintain sufficient clearance from the headliner and other interior components.

15 kg (33 lbs) maximum load capacity

The maximum load capacity is 15 kg (33 lbs), provided that all cargo is evenly distributed and properly secured.

Do not concentrate the entire load in one area. All equipment must be restrained to prevent sliding or falling during driving, especially off-road.

Mounts to Offroad-Mania Interior MOLLE Panels

The shelf is designed specifically to work with the Offroad-Mania Interior Side MOLLE Panels for Toyota 4Runner 5th Gen.

Installation requires:

• Offroad-Mania left interior MOLLE panel,
• Offroad-Mania right interior MOLLE panel.

The shelf is not self-supporting and cannot be installed without both side panels.

The MOLLE panels can be used independently and provide additional mounting space for bags, organizers and suitable accessories, creating a coordinated cargo organization system.

Safety and compatibility

The shelf is intended for Toyota 4Runner 5th Gen (2010–2024) vehicles equipped with the dedicated Offroad-Mania interior MOLLE panels.

Third-row seating warning: On vehicles originally equipped with third-row seats, installation and use of the MOLLE panel and cargo shelf system requires the third-row seats to be removed first. Never use the system with third-row seats installed due to the risk of serious injury if the side curtain airbags deploy.

Removing the seats does not disable the curtain airbags. Always verify that the system and mounted equipment do not interfere with airbag deployment areas.
