Low Profile Aluminum Roof Rack for Toyota 4Runner 5th Gen

The Offroad-Mania roof rack for the Toyota 4Runner 5th Generation (2010–2024) combines a large, completely flat platform with lightweight construction and no-drill installation. It provides a versatile base for a rooftop tent, storage boxes, an awning and other overlanding gear.

Flat rooftop tent platform

Eight 60 × 30 mm extruded aluminum crossbars form a usable platform measuring 2140 × 1190 mm (84.3 × 46.9 in). Overall rack length is 2308 mm (90.9 in). With no raised perimeter rails, it can also accommodate a rooftop tent with a footprint larger than the rack itself, provided the tent manufacturer's support and mounting requirements are met.

Eight T-slot crossbars

Integrated T-slot channels allow compatible mounts and accessories to be positioned along the crossbars. This makes it easier to organize expedition equipment without modifying the rack.

Lightweight construction and rated loads

The aluminum rack uses stainless steel mounting brackets and weighs just 28 kg (61.7 lb). The rack structure is rated for 120 kg (265 lb) dynamic and 370 kg (816 lb) static loads, with cargo evenly distributed and correctly secured. Always comply with the vehicle manufacturer's roof load limits; the lower applicable limit governs.

Low profile: approximately 60–70 mm

The rack adds approximately 60–70 mm (2.4–2.8 in) above the highest point of the roof surface, excluding the antenna. Its flat design closely follows the vehicle's roofline.

Choice of full or 40-inch LED wind deflector

Choose a full front wind deflector or a deflector with a 40-inch LED light bar cutout. The opening is designed around the Hella Black Magic Slim and similarly sized lights. Check your chosen light bar's exact dimensions and mounting points before ordering. LED light bar not included.

No-drill factory-point installation

The rack uses the factory roof rail mounting points after the original roof rails have been removed. No drilling is required. Brackets, bolts and installation hardware are included.

Works with Offroad-Mania exterior MOLLE panels
