5 mm aluminum construction with stainless steel brackets

The main panel is manufactured from 5 mm aluminum, while the mounting brackets are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

This combination provides excellent rigidity and corrosion resistance while keeping the overall construction relatively lightweight.

The panel follows the body lines of the Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ for a streamlined, aerodynamic profile and features a durable fine-texture matte black powder-coated finish.

RotopaX, MaxTrax Mini and MOLLE compatibility

The mounting pattern allows you to attach various types of overlanding equipment:

• RotopaX – compatible mounting systems for fuel or water containers.
• MaxTrax Mini – dedicated mounting hole spacing for MaxTrax Mini traction board mounting pins.
• MOLLE – compatible pouches, bags, organizers and accessory holders.
• Additional equipment – other suitably secured accessories using compatible mounting hardware.

The MaxTrax Mini mounting holes are integrated directly into the panel, so no additional drilling into the panel is required.

RotopaX mounts, MaxTrax Mini pins, traction boards and MOLLE accessories are not included.

The maximum load capacity is 20 kg (44 lbs), provided that all equipment is evenly distributed and properly secured.

Before driving, always check the mounted accessories, mounting brackets, fasteners and lower panel stabilization. The load limits of the roof rack and its mounting points must also be respected.

Genuine RAM Mounts suction cups – Made in USA

The lower section of the panel is stabilized using genuine RAM Mounts suction cups manufactured in the USA. They help reduce panel movement and vibration during use.

The main load-bearing connection is provided by the upper mounting brackets attached to the roof rack. The suction cups provide additional stabilization without requiring permanent modifications to the vehicle body.

Plug & Play installation with the Offroad-Mania roof rack

The Exterior MOLLE Panel is designed specifically for the Offroad-Mania Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ Roof Rack.

When installed with the dedicated roof rack, the panel uses a Plug & Play mounting system with no drilling or vehicle modifications required.

All components needed for installation with the Offroad-Mania roof rack are included:
